About These Integrity Canine Terms and Conditions

These Integrity Canine Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://www.integritycanine.com/ (the “Site”), which is operated by Integrity Canine, LLC (“Integrity Canine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

Website Purpose

The Site provides general information about Integrity Canine, its trainers, dog-training programs, and related services. It also allows visitors to submit questions and request information about potential services.

The Site does not currently process purchases or service payments. Information displayed on the Site is an invitation to inquire and is not a binding offer or service agreement.

Submitting an inquiry does not:

Create a trainer-client relationship
Reserve a place in a training program
Guarantee that a dog will be accepted
Confirm program availability or scheduling
Create a binding service agreement
Guarantee a particular training result

Training, boarding, evaluations, payments, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, vaccination requirements, and other service-specific terms are governed by the separate written agreement or policies provided for the applicable service.

If these Terms and Conditions conflict with a signed service agreement between you and Integrity Canine, the signed service agreement controls the service relationship.

Program Information, Pricing, and Availability

Integrity Canine makes reasonable efforts to keep its website information accurate and current. However, programs, prices, schedules, eligibility requirements, availability, training methods, and service descriptions may change.

Website content may occasionally contain typographical, technical, or administrative errors. Integrity Canine may correct or update information without prior notice.

A program, price, or schedule is not final until it has been confirmed directly by Integrity Canine and any required service agreement and payment arrangements have been completed.

No Guarantee of Training Outcomes

Every dog and owner is different. Training results can be affected by the dog’s age, breed, temperament, health, behavioral history, environment, owner participation, consistency, and other circumstances outside Integrity Canine’s control.

Examples, testimonials, photographs, videos, blog posts, and descriptions of previous results are provided for general informational purposes. They do not guarantee that another dog or owner will achieve the same outcome.

No training guarantee applies unless it is expressly included in a written agreement signed by Integrity Canine.

Educational Content and Safety

Articles, videos, frequently asked questions, training tips, and other Site content provide general educational information. They are not a substitute for:

An in-person behavioral evaluation
Veterinary diagnosis or treatment
Emergency assistance
Legal or professional advice
A training plan created for a particular dog

Dog behavior can be unpredictable, especially when fear, aggression, injury, resource guarding, escape behavior, or a bite history is involved.

Do not rely solely on website content when handling a situation that could endanger a person or animal. Contact an appropriate veterinarian, qualified trainer, animal-control authority, law-enforcement agency, or emergency service when circumstances require it.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes related to learning about or contacting Integrity Canine.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in recurring promotional text messages or emails.

Integrity Canine’s decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
